Perseus is a bright sector with a serious infestation of infestors and violent expansionistic empires. The sector consists of two young globular clusters that have young, hot stars making the majority of them. The globular clusters seem to be on the path of colliding in a several thousand years, but due to the smallness of stars in comparison to the vastness of space this isn't a real issue since no stars will actually collide.
